As part of its ongoing commitment to strengthening regional collaboration and supporting the long-term growth of its businesses across EMEA, Ali Group is pleased to announce the following organizational changes, effective September 1, 2026. These changes are designed to enhance collaboration across its brands, simplify regional leadership and position the Group for continued success in its key markets.

Pere Taberner has been appointed Senior Vice President of Sales, Ali Group EMEA, with responsibility for Global Strategic Accounts, Marine and KitchenCare EMEA.

In this newly created corporate leadership role, Taberner will focus on advancing the strategic development of the Ali Group brands while driving greater alignment across these important business areas. He will be supported by:

  • David Weightman – Marine
  • Perry Breen – KitchenCare EMEA
  • Richard Paine – Sales Operations

To further strengthen its market presence and improve regional alignment, Ali Group is also introducing a revised leadership structure for the Welbilt Distribution Hubs.

Müller will directly manage the Welbilt Deutschland Hub and will also oversee the Welbilt Hubs in Iberia and the Middle East. He will work closely with the regional leadership team, with Adrià Navarro, Managing Director of Welbilt Iberia and Italy, and Rakesh Tiwari, Managing Director of Welbilt Middle East, reporting directly to him.

As part of this transition, Dirk Schwenk will be appointed Managing Director of Eloma, effective October 1, 2026, succeeding Mark Joseph in that role.

Schwenk brings extensive leadership experience and a strong understanding of both the Group and the German market, having served as Managing Director of temp-rite GmbH from 2015 to 2022.
