Ali Group Appoints Giorgio Di Giacomo as General Manager of Silko

CERNUSCO SUL NAVIGLIO, MILAN (March 13, 2026) – Ali Group, the largest and most diversified global leader in the foodservice equipment industry, today announced the appointment of Giorgio Di Giacomo as General Manager of Silko, effective March 16, 2026. In this role, Di Giacomo will report directly to Matteo Zironi, Group President.

With more than 25 years of experience at Electrolux and STAR Holdings Group (a division of Middleby Corporation), Di Giacomo brings extensive industry, technology, sales and marketing expertise to Silko. Throughout his career, he has held a series of roles with increasing responsibility, most recently serving as Vice President of International Sales at STAR Holdings Group since 2020.
