Ali Group Appoints Giussani and Salamina to New Leadership Roles

CERNUSCO SUL NAVIGLIO, MILAN (November 6, 2025) – Ali Group, the largest and most diversified global leader in the foodservice equipment industry, has recently announced two key leadership changes, both to take effect November 6, 2025.

Massimo Giussani will take on the role of Chief Executive Officer of the Ali Group Coffee Division. Massimo has had a long and successful history with the Ali Group, having first joined the Ali Group in 2004 as Director of Business Development. He later served as Group Executive Vice President before being promoted to Chief Operating Officer of Ali Group EMEA and APAC regions in 2014.

Antonio Salamina will assume the role of Chief Operating Officer of the Ali Group Coffee Division. In his new role as COO, Antonio will continue to lead the Operations function while also assuming functional responsibility for Research & Development (R&D) activities across the Coffee Division.
