Ali Group Appoints Stefano Frate as General Manager of DIHR and KROMO

CERNUSCO SUL NAVIGLIO, MILAN (May 4, 2026) – Ali Group, the largest and most diversified global leader in the foodservice equipment industry, today announced the appointment of Stefano Frate as General Manager of DIHR and KROMO, effective May 11, 2026. In this role, Frate will report directly to Matteo Zironi, Group President.

Frate brings 25 years of experience with the Ariston Group, marked by a steady progression through roles of increasing scope and leadership. Most recently, he served as Senior Director of Operations for the Burners Division and as Managing Director of the Thermowatt brand. In these roles, he led organizations of more than 200 employees and played a key role in driving sustainable growth and strong operational performance.
