Ali Group North America Announces Formation Of New Refrigeration Division

Ali Group North America today announced that effective April 16, 2014, it has reorganized its refrigeration segment in North America by creating a new “Refrigeration Division.” The new Division will support and promote Ali Group North America’s two refrigeration brands, Beverage-Air® and Victory Refrigeration®, while also allowing both brands to maintain their respective identities.

Announcing this new Division, Filippo Berti, Ali Group North America Chief Executive Officer said: “In order to better serve and support our customers, we have decided to create our new Refrigeration Division, dedicated to delivering a complete range of refrigeration solutions for the foodservice industry. The newly formed sector will promote our two North American refrigeration brands, Beverage-Air and Victory Refrigeration, continuing our commitment to offering customers the most extensive package of foodservice equipment in the industry.”

The new Division offers access to the rich histories and wide-range product portfolios of both companies, helping customers establish success in their projects. With more than 135 years of combined experience, Beverage-Air and Victory Refrigeration offer the best value, most diverse product offering, and unmatched quality in the commercial refrigeration equipment industry.

Rob August, President of Beverage-Air, will lead the new Division as President and Jennifer Ward will serve as Sr. Vice President of Sales and Marketing.
