Ali Group North America Appoints Mark Lancaster As Vice President Of Human Resources

VERNON HILLS, IL (March 10, 2015) – Filippo Berti, Chief Executive Officer of Ali Group North America announced today the appointment of Mark Lancaster to the position of Vice President of Human Resources for Ali Group North America, effective immediately. 

In his new role, Lancaster will assist all Ali Group operating companies in North America with their human resource issues and support them in aligning their HR functions with the needs of their individual business units.  He will also be the point person managing relationships with benefit providers and labor regulatory agencies. 

Mark will continue to manage the HR function at Ice-O-Matic, Ali Group’s Denver, Colorado–based ice machine manufacturer.  He will report directly to Brad Willis, Chief Financial Officer of Ali Group North America. 

Lancaster has been responsible for human resources at Ice-O-Matic for the past 13 years.  He holds a Master of Arts Degree in Organizational Management and is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources with more than 20 years of experience in organizational development, human resources and labor relations.
