Ambach on stage with the flavours of Alto Adige

The second edition of the Festival del Gusto was held in Bolzano, Italy from May 24th to May 26th.

A large number of visitors strolled the streets of the historic city center tasting, enjoying demonstrations, musical events and cooking courses.
Seven Michelin starred chefs prepared their specialties using local products from the Alto Adige region: apples, speck, wine and grappa, but also breads, honey and herbs.
Ambach was a Festival partner and provided the chefs with System 900 cookers, making them free to create, using high-performance ergonomic equipment.
