At Internorga 2014, Eloma presented their newest innovation: GENIUS MT with MultiTouch display.

On the first evening of the Internorga show, Eloma – a leader in combi-steamers and bake-off ovens – officially presented the new combi steamer GENIUS ^MT.

The special feature of this model is the MultiTouch display with Eloma’s MT Technology.
An easy-to-use, intuitive and durable control panel means that whoever is operating the oven will achieve optimal results. “Our goal at Eloma is that the appliance should fit the customer, not the customer the appliance”, says Hilmar Rudloff, Managing Director of Eloma.

Besides the high quality technical performance for which Eloma is known, the GENIUS^MT has many added features that make it the perfect combi steamer. Multi Cooking, Last 20 and Quick Set are just a few examples of the features that make the cooking process even easier.
Through the Last 20 function, the past 20 cooking processes can be seen clearly at a glance and instantly restarted. “This also applies to manual cooking processes and is only available at Eloma”, explains Rudloff.

The Multi Cooking function guarantees intelligent time management and easy multiple selection with simultaneous operation. The Quick Set function allows manual setting, by opening a second line, without leaving the current display. The GENIUS ^MT recommends the appropriate programs and products and this function is available even when a cooking program has already started.
