VERNON HILLS, Ill. (August 18, 2025) – Welbilt®, the global leader in foodservice equipment solutions, today announced two key leadership changes, both to take effect September 1, 2025.

Scott Cherevaty will take on the role of Group President at Welbilt, while he continues in his current role as President of the Champion Group (Champion Industries, Moyer Diebel Limited, and Bi-Line Systems). Brownlee joined the group in 2018 as a Senior Buyer for Beverage-Air and Victory, and has held several leadership roles with the company before being named General Manager in 2025. He will continue to report directly to Oscar Villa, Group President at Welbilt.

Filippo Berti, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at Welbilt, said, “I am very pleased to announce these promotions. Both Scott and Korey have proven themselves to be excellent leaders in their respective areas, and I am sure they will continue to help us move Welbilt forward as the industry’s most comprehensive turnkey solutions provider.”
