Ali Group Appoints Kevin Fink as Executive Vice President

MILAN, ITALY (January 12, 2015) – Luciano Berti, Ali Group Chairman and CEO, today announced the appointment of Kevin Fink as Executive Vice President, effective March 2, 2015.

Fink, currently serving as President of Ice‐O‐Matic, Ali Group’s Denver, Colorado–based ice machine manufacturer, will relocate to Ali Group’s Milan headquarters.

Kevin is a veteran of the foodservice equipment industry having started his career in 1987 as a U.S. regional sales representative for the Hobart Corporation, a company he served for 13 years in several sales and marketing positions. In 2000 he joined the Enodis Group as Vice President of Marketing and in 2005 he took over at Ice‐O‐Matic. In 2008, Fink was assigned the management responsibility of Scotsman Industries, comprising both the Scotsman and Ice‐O‐Matic brands. During Kevin’s tenure at Scotsman Industries, both companies underwent a significant sales and earnings improvement.

Fink will report to Massimo Giussani, Ali Group Chief Operating Officer, and will assist in the overall Group support, control and development initiatives in Ali companies with a primary focus on the EMEA region.
