Convotherm Appoints New Managing Director

Eglfing, Germany – Welbilt, Inc. has announced the appointment of Claus Pedersen as the new Managing Director of Convotherm with immediate effect. Pedersen will assume global responsibility for Convotherm’s product lines and finances, as well as working closely with the Welbilt teams to continue to grow the business internationally. Claus Pedersen succeeds Jean-Paul Roudier, who has led the business as interim Managing Director for the past eight months.

Claus Pedersen brings more than 25 years of experience in kitchen appliances and equipment. He has worked for Hobart (ITW Food Equipment Group) and Cornelius (Marmon Foodservice Technologies), amongst others. He has extensive knowledge of technology and the industry, coupled with great expertise in the areas of sales and marketing. Most recently, Claus Pedersen was General Manager of the Water Division at Cornelius.
